Stubbed my pinky toe, bruised and a bit swallow. The wait was 2.5 hours but signed in, paid the copay, went home. Receptionist was very attentive and nice. Received a text when I was next in line. Got there, pretty much went right on in. Staff was great, gently handled my foot and even more gentle with the shot! Made sure I was okay and sent me on my way. For sure will continue to seek treatment at this clinic, if needed. Thank you very much!

The staff was great but one was extra special and I hope i get her name right i believe it’s Kirstin. She was very professional and caring and I’ll never forget her. Thank you for giving me that print out of inspiration i really needed that. I believe people come into our life for a reason. I just want to tell her thank you so very much🫶🏻

My daughter had a leg injury I came in at 8:00 a.m. to make an appointment for her we showed up early for our appointment and were taken early. The young girl checking Us in at the front desk was absolutely delightful she was very sweet knowledgeable yet professional the doctor was very professional knowledgeable and thorough he listened to all of my daughters questions and answer them each completely outstanding advice was given a medical care provided.

Came in with a big stye on my eye and the doctor prescribed me medication which hopefully will work and make my eye better. The doctor and staff here at this clinic were very nice. If you are planning to go to an urgent care I totally recommend going to this place.

Daughter crashed into screen door and started saying her eye hurt that morning. Daughter was fine for the morning, but later started cryingn again about eye pain. Apparently a foreign object got into her eye and gave her a corneal abrasion. They were quick and patient with my daughter crying about pain. The process was smooth, it can be scary with your first child and them finding new ways to get hurt, but they were quick and friendly. I would recommend going here it was close to closing time as well.

Visit was affordable, quick, and easy.  Staff was kind and professional.  Definitely will use again when needed.

Had an appointment at 4pm. Got in 1 hour 30 minutes after. Long wait. Shared other health concerns due to lack of being able to take medication and assistant brushed me off. Verge of passing out entire visit.

Front receptionist was not very friendly. I asked her why someone without an appointment went before me and she seemed to be annoyed with my questioning her.

The nurse and doctor where very good and nice to me thank you so much for the good care

Very pleasant visit.  Good diagnosis.  Friendly bedside manner. Very efficient check in procedure. This may be best secret in Scripps Ranch.  Kirsten is awesome!
