I arrived at 6:00 am and only one patient was ahead of me. Before I could finish filling out all the paperwork, my name was called. I was in and out in less than half an hour! I was visiting from out of state and none of my medical or personal information was in their system. Both the intake person and the nurse were very patient in helping me figure out which meds I was taking and which parts of my medical history were relevant. I had been coughing heavily for about three days. They gave me a steroid shot and explained why antibiotics didn't work with viral infections and sent a prescription to the drug store. They took medicare and my other insurance and I didn't have a copay. It was a very fast and efficient visit and I think they did a good job!

Went to the md 360 in powdersville one hour before closing and was refused to be seen and was told they were already at their cutoff. What is the point of saying you are open till 8 then tell people at 7 no more that’s not good at all. I thought the reason for urgent cares is so to avoid the er and unfortunately that’s where we ended up!!

I went there for my problem because I knew they could provide diagnostic care my provider couldn't concerning a lesion on my back. The doctor looked at it and said I would have to see a dermatologist and they would provide a referral. I asked if that would be soon, she said she didn't know. I felt like she had little interest in me or my problem. I do hope there's no infection in it, because it looks like it could to me. Perhaps she could tell that it didn't in the 20 or 30 seconds she looked at it. That was it, thank you and goodbye. I will not be going back.

I was having trouble staying awake in my classroom style training for work even after having a full nights sleep. I had suspected that I might have a sleeping condition. Some of my fellow trainees believed that I might have sleep apnea. So I decided I should go and seek help. The first thing I tried to do is get a new primary care doctor, because with a change in employment I couldn't return to my previous doctor. It ended up being a month before I could go to see a primary care doctor in order to be evaluated for a referral for a sleep study. My problems were very immediate and I had a friend recommend that I try to have it accomplished through an urgent care in order to save time. I called the MD360 Convenient Care based in Powdersville, SC on May 31, 2019. I asked, "Can I be evaluated for a referral for a sleep study here?". The reply I was given is "Yes, you can come in and do a walk in". So I came into the location and went to the front desk and asked "Can I be evaluated for a referral for a sleep study here?". I was again told "Yes" and asked if I would like to be seen? I agreed to be seen and waited to be taken back. Immediately upon entering the room, the doctor asks me "So I understand you want to be evaluated for a referral for a sleep study?". I told her that's what I needed. After that she replied "Oh we can't do that here. We would have to be set up for return visits and we are not." I've been charged $161.10 for that visit. I've been trying to dispute it based off of these events. Had they been honest with me, I would never have gone in to the location.
