Woke up with cold symptoms and came after work to get to feeling better. Wait time in the lobby wasn’t to bad but once I was in a room I had waited an hour for someone to come in and I had to stand in door /hallway and asked how much longer it would be then they quickly came and assessed me and got my shots and out the door I went!

Dr. Cameron and Dr. Seale were perfect. Their Bed Side manner was so professional and caring. I truly felt cared for. The staff was nice and friendly as always. I truly appreciate the care I received. This was the first time I was treated by Dr. Seal. He was awesome. I've been treated by Dr. Cameron before and he was just as caring this time as he were the first time he treated me.

The wait time it terrible.. my appointment was at 11:15 got there at 11 waited in waiting room for 1hr .. waited in back room for 30 mins no one came then u asked she said there was 2 people ahead and that it would take another 1 hr so I decided to leave… soo no it was not a good experience

When I called, I was able to be triaged quickly and taken to an exam room. I have issue with the wait time to see the nurse practitioner. I sat in the room for over 90 minutes. "You will be seen shortly" said by lab staff, nursing staff, and medical providers is not suitable after 45 minutes with no service.
