Everyone was very nice and accommodating while we were there. Utmost professionalism. Despite having an appointment, we were still there over 2.5 hours and there were only about 5 people in the waiting room. Would recommend but just be prepared for a lengthy wait.

Woke up with bad cough and sore throat and after dealing with it all week. Was able to get a o line appointment for 11am. Got there at 1030am. I had to wait just over 2 hours. But once doctor was very quick. Great service. Got what I needed as well!

Great people so. Friendly had a great smile made me feel like I was in the right place at the right time treat me with love and respect and kindness could not have came to a better place love the people and love coming there it’s like I no I will be taking good care of

I was unable to pre register due to the website refusing to accept my request because I wasn't being referred by my employer or that it wasn't workman comp. Consequently I had to walk in and wait for more than 2 hours. The exam room was ridiculously cold even with a blanket so miserable. The care was excellent

Arrived later than I wanted to and waited about what seemed like hours. But the waiting room was full so that was understandable. Finally seen by staff and treated. In spite of it all, I rate the service highly. The treatment I received worked wonders. Two thumbs up. I would recommend them.

The staff and Dr.Tuten were amazing. Wait time wasn't bad at all.

Made an appointment for 1215. Got there at 1145 and was told that there was a 2hr wait. If thats the case, why make an appt. Got to a room, Got xrays. Waited another hour, dr came in ordered a urine sample, waited about another 45 minutes. Was there probably a total of 4hrs. That is ridiculous and no I would not recommend this provider

I love how they have easy online checking and everyone was very nice.

Maybe an “express lane” type set up. I waited an hour for a room and another 1 1/2 hours to get two shots and an antibiotic. I wouldn’t have minded being swabbed and having vitals checked and being put back in the waiting room long enough for swabs to come back. I only needed to be in a room long enough to stand there to get my shots.

Although the staff doesn’t have instruments to check your eyes the nurse practitioner did check to see if anything was in his eye and they tested his sight. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time is a little long but worth it to have peace of mind. Definitely would recommend Expercare
