I’ve been waiting on someone to come see me for 2 hours!! I’m still here!

I found out my child's prescription was sent to a pharmacy that was permanently closed at least a year ago. Which isn't a huge problem. These things happen sometimes. However, when I called the next day to get the prescription moved to another location, I didn't feel like the person that answered the phone was very helpful. I called a total of 3 times. During one of those times I was hung up on after a long wait.

The Doctor was great,Staff was also great my wait may have been about 10min,but not more then 30 min. Yes

One young lady at the front desk was not easy to approach and her manners were not inviting. I spoke clearly to her so she could understand i was not feeling well and I needed assistance checking in. Kaitlin, nurse practitioner was Super Awesome very professional, her bedside matter was very caring, she really take her time with me and very knowledgeable and what I needed ❤️. The visit was fast and professional, the whole staff was very nice and pleasant. The booking process was very easy. I was in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this Care center and will use again if I need be

Scheduling and check in was a breeze. The wait was horrible. I was there approximately three hours. I had a fairly long wait in the waiting room but an extremely long wait after I was placed in a room. I had to ask once if they had forgotten me and waited about another hour and finally I went to the front desk to ask again if they forgot me and finally someone came. There were only two or three other patients in the waiting room when I arrived so they didn’t seem very busy. Horrible experience

So easy.  So quick.  Efficient and professional.  The pharmacy got all the meds except the cough syrup but I’m sure that is because the office was so very busy first thing in the morning.  I have called back to ask them to send again.   Was very impressed that a person answered the phone and I didn’t have to press a half a dozen buttons to just leave a message.  Great experience.  I will visit again.

I took my daughter there for an injured finger and a cold. We waited an hour in the back for a doctor to see her. When the nurse practitioner came in to see her, she only checked her for cold and said that was it. I had to inquire about has X-ray taken of her injuried finger. To which the nurse practitioner said that are not any notes aabout an injured finger on her chart. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes before someone came in there and took her to take x-rays. After returning from taking the X-ray about five minutes later, a nurse came in to wrap her finger without explaining or saying anything about the x-ray's result. We had to ask about the x-ray. Needless to say it wasn't a very good experience. Didn't seem like any of the staff members knew what they was doing. So I would not recommend them due to this experience.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent office visit. While my time with the doctor was fine, I experienced a completely unacceptable interaction with your front desk staff upon leaving. The doctor instructed me to wait up front for a prescription. While I was waiting, a front desk staff member asked if I needed anything. When I explained why I was waiting, the young lady responded with an unfriendly gesture and stated she did not know why the doctor would tell me that. I then asked if she would mind checking with the doctor to see why he wanted me to wait. In response, her attitude and gestures became remarkably rude. When patients are feeling sick, the very last thing they should have to deal with is an unpleasant, dismissive staff member. Front desk staff are the face of your practice, and a sick patient deserves empathy and helpfulness, not hostility. I hope this matter is addressed with the staff involved to ensure a more professional and compassionate environment for future patients.
