I didn’t know it was appointment only. My knee is injured and I’m in a lot of pain. Instead of answering the phone or answering the front doorbell the woman I could see inside just ignored me or out me on hold. After the 5th time ringing the bell she rudely said it was appointment only. 1/3/21. 12:40 pm

The medication I was prescribed didn't work. When I called back to let the clinic know, they said the doctor I saw wasn't in today. I asked when he would be in and the staff member said she couldn't tell me because the doctors are on rotating schedules...whatever that means. She kept trying to get me in to be reevaluated. Sounded like a great money making scheme.

Staff is rude and was treated like a moron. I was only there for a pre employment drug screen. As I waited they treated all customers poorly. Dont go here
