Staff was fantastic, appreciate the attention to detail and actually listening to my concerns. I would recommend this provider. I would suggest against sending any more RX to Walgreens on 249 (for veteran patients). They were unable to figure out how to bill the VA for prescriptions and I was given the option of paying out of pocket or leaving with out pain medication and waiting for a VA appointment / visit the VA pharmacy in Houston (an hour drive away).

I had a Great, Super-Satisfied experience, from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I had cut my left hand while cutting open a frozen English muffin. After waiting an hour and then going to Urgent Care, I was taken care of very professionally and promptly, considering I was the only one there. No wait time, except how long it took me to fill out the patient form, (which is done by scanning a QR code). I was pretty much seen immediately after, the nurse cleaned my wounds and then the doctor had come in. Nothing too major but I did receive about 7-8 stitches between my left index and pinky fingers.     During the stitching procedure, I had removed my watch and left it on the chair; upon leaving and checking out, I had forgotten my watch, but the staff came outside to hand me my watch that I blatantly left behind, (that right there made my experience, again, lol). Lastly, was the cost. I had went to an ER Care near Magnolia Pharmacy about 5years ago, and them not taking my insurance, I paid $500. As for Medella, who accepted my insurance, I had a total of $150 to pay…no sweat, lol. I would definitely recommend this center for any Urgent Care needs, that don’t need an actual hospital.

Both ladies i dealt with were amazing. Checking in she basically did all the work and was very friendly. Then Erica was the best, she had me stitched up in no time. Thank yall very much.

I have been battling a UTI off and on for the past 1.5 weeks, but kept feeling like it was going away. Then it suddenly it seemed to get worse. I came in and there was only one person in front of me. We had a very short wait. The staff was super nice and very helpful!!

Everything went very professional. I am fully pleased with all aspects of this visit.

Check-in was great, front desk were great!  The nurse was very punctual, great bedside manner and was very sweet. The doctor was top tier. She was so kind and very thorough. Great visit all the way around!

My PA was an elderly white lady that actually cared to listen to my issue and actually researched my symptoms, as they were unusual.  She was very nice and professional.  I highly recommend her.

Had conjunctivitis and getting ready for a trip. Great visit from scheduling to doctor appointment. Appreciate that you are there for minor illness that needs taking care of.

We love this location! Dr.Terri is our favorite. We always look forward to seeing her. She listens & cares so deeply. I cant say enough good about this office. The whole staff is awesome
