I've been a patient for more than 30 years and have watched the practice grow. They have the most lab, xray and ultrasound capabilities of any Urgent care facility short of a full hospital emergency room. The doctors are really caring and if you pick a doctor that you communicate with well you will find them responsive to your needs. If you need a specialist they are only happy to refer you one. But for family practice and urgent care they are really exceptional. The last year was essentially a war zone and I experienced the long lines. But they took care of all of those people while at great personal risk. They had the testing capabilities in house and available without an appointment. So short of a major teaching hospital ER or a specialist they are the best at providing immediate care when you need it.

Excellent care, knowledgeable staff. Extremely busy but still fairly quick and quality care with no appointments. Even for complicated issue, completely testing. I highly recommend this place.

I've been going there for 20+ years and every time it's like my first visit. They don't look at your medical history. They are smug and conceited. The only doctor there worth their salt is Dr. Sgambelluri. I've had back issues for the past 10 years. When I go there for back pain. They take an x-ray and say I have major arthritis and degenerative disc disease. Like it's a new to them. Maybe if they took the time to look at my history they would have known I've had major back problems. Now my conidiation has deteriorated to the point I need back surgery. If they took care of it 10 years ago. I may not be in this situation. I wont be going back there again!

Giving them 0 starts. When my husband was tested a few weeks back he was told without insurance the test was $180. So he gave his insurance. We just received a bill for over $250. We spoke with our insurance company and found that Medemerge added a new patient fee of over $500!!! This is insurance fraud. If you absolutely need to go here (I would say for any service) make sure you know what they will bill you for. Will never use them again.

scammers when it comes to COVID test. They over charge you. They surprise you at the point of swap to pay extra $65. I don't know why they have to charge for a doctor visit, without actually seeing a doctor. The doctor came to ask me, do you have symptoms and I said NO, that's it. At the time of Pandemic and people trying to avoid infecting its other they charge over $200 to give you a test ? Of course this is crazy, and one of the reasons why COVID is spreading.
