Took my mom for some x-rays waited over an hour after being checked in to be seen and then waited another 15-20 minutes to have the x-rays taken. Was not provided with results then and there was told they were gonna be text or emailed. Long story short I had a call at 5 PM the following day to get results. Don’t understand why it’s called urgent care when had to wait more than 24 hours and we had to call for results will not be going there ever again.
