Very quick and caring staff, front desk staff was so helpful considering my pain.

I had to wait about an hour to see anyone because there were 4 people ahead of me and I had to wait as a walk-in. there were no appointments available. But they were very nice, they always are and listened to what was going on with me still.  The whole visit with the x-ray was half an hour, and it went well.

Dr. Nordlund was very professional, friendly and caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and listened Carefully to all my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I really appreciate his kindness, patience, and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Nordlund.

The PA didn’t do a good check up. Had to go to another doctor next day to get the right diagnosis

I went in with a swollen leg. The wait was relatively short. The doctor and staff were all very helpful. The cause of my inflammation looked to possibly be something I needed to go to the emergency room at the Adventist Medical Center. This was all done effectively.

I was a walk-in, so there was no difficulty scheduling. There were a couple of people ahead of me. I was seen in less time than they anticipated. The facility was very clean and people were very friendly. They treated my wound and called in several prescriptions for me, I would recommend the facility.

The clinic is super clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I got there there was no other patient. A few minutes later a gentleman walked in. As soon as I filed out my online forms, I was invited to come in. I received a Covid test and was told I would receive results in 5 minutes. Office staff were talking to each other. 15 minutes later I open end the door to ask about my results. Unfortunately, the PA was in a meeting and I had to wait for an hour to be seen. I wasn’t informed and had to come out to ask why this long wait if there were no other patients. That’s when they told me the reason. The PA came in and I was out two minutes later.

It was fast and easy check in so convenient and staff are knowledgeable and friendly, care is perfect I can recommend this provider to my friends

Went there due to severe pain on my entire left leg. Told the doctor I had sciatica before and it feels the same. She spent 5 minutes with me, told me I am lucky this is her area of expertise and that I should get a ct scan and see a neurosurgeon. Gave me a shot of toradol and continue taking 800mg of ibuprofen ( even though I told her it wasn’t working). Went home and pain was unbearable that I decided to go to ER. Doctor confirmed it was sciatica, treated with muscle relaxant, patch and same shot. Pain went away within an hour. Why couldn’t she have thought of that. No care for patient and lack of knowledge. Very poor quality of service. I was also sent home without a visit summary ( I guess there was nothing to write ). Do not go to this location as you will just waste your time.
