This is my second time coming to this particular urgent care, and I had a very similar experience as last time. Both times were not only easy, comforting and efficient, they also left me with the feeling that I actually liked the experience, which is absolutely unusual for an urgent care. Everything is clean and calm and the people are present, the doctors are caring and I left with peace of mind. So unusual for an urgent care because of what they’re up against with dealing with illnesses and emergencies. I hope they can help other facilities to help them do the same.

Everyone I encountered was kind, professional, prompt and thorough. They made an uncomfortable experience for me as comfortable as it possibly could’ve been and even printed out care instructions when I left. I was seen quickly, felt heard, and the amenities were all refined and clean. So grateful to have a spot like this in the neighborhood!

Needed a prescription late in the day, long after my primary care physician was closed. I was able to walk in and speak with team, quick exam and walked out with my Rx in under 45 minutes on a Friday night.

Dr Sean and Yvonne were terrific. Very knowledgeable, friendly and terrific customer service. I was very pleased with the service and the urgent care. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Went in with an ear ache, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Helpful staff recommending 24h pharmacies, good opening hours. Would recommend.

The people working were kind and helpful. The atmosphere was kind of over stimulating, though. Never been under brighter fluorescent lights. The TVs in the exam rooms that can’t be turned off is a little insane. I didn’t want to have to talk over American ninja warriors haha

Easy check in, waiting time was not long. All staff were very polite
