Excellent experience. Went in because I cut my finger. Easy app check in. Med assistant was professional and friendly. The PA was super chill. They were friendly and made a silly accident easy to deal with.

I checked in at home and it showed 2 people ahead of me in line. By the time I got to the clinic about 30 minutes later it said I was next in line. I think from there wait time was around another 30 minutes. Staff kept providing updates which was helpful. Once I was finally admitted doctor was very friendly and had great bedside manner. I essentially went it for a second opinion as the doctor I had seen at Exer Urgent Care the previous day gave me a very scary diagnosis. The doctor at Mederi actually listened to me and figured out what I was describing was actually relatively routine and explained clearly why he thought that. I went home feeling much more reassured and overall had a great experience. Highly recommend and hopefully I don't need to go back, but if I do, I will always go to this location.

Very easy and quick to check in and they will help if needed. The provider depends on quality but thankfully 2 out of 3 times the provider has eased my worries and has acted on the symptoms given and always was able to help. I would definitely recommend urgent care as they are quicker efficient, and helpful

Vahe, the Doctor I saw was really caring and nice. He even followed me when I left so I could write down a new pain medication I had gotten once and it worked for me. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover it so I bought it at the time and it helped. From receptionist to nurse to doctor they were all very caring and professional.

My daughter started having flu like symptoms. We arrived at the Urgent care and I had aome trouble with my network; the friendly staff offered my free wifi to make the registration process easier. We were seen right away. Great service and staff.
