Scheduling was good and fast the girl that took care of me was awesome the doctor was awesome also… No complaint

Came into your facility feeling really awful, my throat was hurting really bad my eyes was watery, and pain in my ears. At check in I was greeted with respect and courtesy it took about 5 minutes or less. My wait time to see the doctor was about 15 minutes and within that 15 minutes the care nurse has done a couple of tests she was also nice and respectable. As for doctor Gursharanjit, he's caring and explains what going on and what can be given to you so you can feel better. Today I feel much better. Thanks to doctor Gursharanjit and staff.

Started coughing and wheezing late the night before so I went online and got an appointment for early the next morning. Once I got to the office I only waited a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Singh was very nice and very professional. He ordered the medication that I needed and it was ready for me in 20 minutes. Thank you Dr. Singh. I will definitely recommend Dr Singh.

Took my father in with a red, very red eye. The staff were professional and very pleasant. The male doctor we saw had good bedside manners, explain things thoroughly. It was professional and very approachable. I had a wonderful experience compared to other urgent cares. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I love this place and was trying to prove a point about quality to someone I brought along. I have no idea how you operate a medical facility with zero air conditioning in the waiting room and exam room while it is almost 90 degrees outside. It is my understanding medical facilities keep a cold temperature to slow down the spread of bacteria and disease. There was not even any airflow which is concerning while the country is experiencing multiple outbreaks. This visit was unnecessarily and extremely uncomfortable and also stressful as people cough in the waiting room that has zero circulation in. The exam room was worse, it felt like a hot box of disease, again zero air-conditioning and zero air circulation in a 5 by 10 room waiting for the doctor with the door closed and uncomfortably hot. In the other hand staff was friendly, kind, and helpful as always, which is a shame to make such good employees work in these conditions. I'm not sure why the air conditioning was off in most of the building, but you are running a medical facility, therefore there is no good reason to do so. If your AC is out of service, so should your facility. Yes you were able to charge me for a visit, but I may never come back and the person I brought along with me is definitely never being a patient there. Cutting these type of corners is hard to justify honestly.

I don't like that I had to wait for more than 40 minutes to an hour for a urine test. There was nobody waiting in the lobby but me. I could hear the staff chatting with the manager about random topics, and they totally forgot I was there waiting for just a urine test.

Felt rush not heard and was not properly cared for. Feels like I just gave away money for a crappy visit

The entire staff was amazing. I experienced pleasant attitude, patience and concern.
