The front receptionist was extremely rude. Didnt want to be bothered with anything. I went to check out and said what are you waiting for? Very rude. Very condescending. This was my first time there and wasn’t notified what to do fo checkout or if I needed to pay anything or sign anything etc. it’s so sad to come across people who hate what they do. It’s so simple to be kind and welcoming. I strongly suggest someone does a customer service training with the staff in the front. They are each a reflection of the location. Made me not want to come back.
