I am so happy I seeked out urgent care. Experiencing a painful ear. I couldn't see regular doctor. They got me in and seen by Np. perscription for antibiotics. Np was very informative and suggested otc meds to help also. Pain relieved with in 24 hours. God Bless you all at Swansea urgent care.

I have used MedExpress twice in the past year. It is an excellent facility. I was fortunate to arrive when there were no other visible patients but my wait time to be seen was still over 15 minutes, total time was over 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this facility for its friendliness and knowledge.

After a few days of an off-and-on fever, I took my daughter to the Swansea MedExpress on a Saturday night at 7:15. They close at 8, so I went with an expectation of staff who might be less than thrilled to see us walking in the door and rushed service. I would have understood if that was the case, but I was so pleasantly surprised that our experience there was exactly the opposite of what I thought it might be. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and was as sweet and welcoming as could be. The nurse who took my daughter back was the nicest nurse I’ve ever met in my life (and I’ve met a lot of nice nurses!). She was incredible talking to and working with my 6 year old. She offered her a popsicle and lots of stickers, joked around with her, and made her feel comfortable. The doctor was exactly the same- sweet and welcoming. She listened to us, took time to explain things, and made my daughter feel comfortable and happy. Not only did they not rush us, but also offered to fill our prescription there, right before closing time. I left there last night with quite literally the best experience I’ve ever had in a doctor’s office. What usually is a daunting task, especially at 7:15 on a Saturday night, was incredible! I highly recommend this office if you find yourself in need of an urgent care center. I wish we could go there for our regular doctor visits!

They were very rude. Jessica and the triage nurse had incredibly poor people skills and their bad attitudes alone make sure you will not receive compassionate care at this facility
