Great crew of health care professionals. They listened!

Spent over 35 minutes to be checked in due to new online check in process. The app was not user friendly and I'd much rather have a real human being checking us in. When I approached the front desk the receptionist ignored me to gossip with her co-worker so I chose the online option for check in which was a disaster. She eventually gave me paper work which I filled out while other patients were easily checked in before me with the reception desk when she was done gossiping with her co-worker.

Scraped arm, got prompt attention to dress wound and follow-up next day. Very professional staff.

Had a sinus infection start Saturday morning when I woke up. My face and teeth hurt really bad. Woke up Monday morning with my face all swollen from the infection. Wait was longer than I expected but shorter than going to an ER. Nurse and Doctor were very nice and believed what I said. I've been to another place for an allergic reaction and when I discussed my sinuses with them, they called me a liar and basically told me that the doctor that diagnosed me with sinuses didn't know what they were talking about. I'm very happy with my visit.

Positively the best experience I can recall. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The nurse practitioner was excellent. High praise for her from a retired nurse.  Five stars across the board!

Everything was great was in and out and back to work!

From calling and finding out if my mom’s insurance was covered ( the lady at the front desk was AMAZING!!)  Then we saw the rest of the staff and they were all rock stars.   We absolutely fell in Love with Linda the doc on duty. She was efficient and caring and most of all informative!   Hopefully we don’t have to come back but if we do - I know where I’m taking my mom!!

I woke up in the morning with pain and I was able to get an appointment within 30min everything was great, I was very satisfied and now I am doing a lot better I would definitely recommend.

The staff on bolth visits were fantastic. I was made to feel very relaxed buy their bedside manner and the entire staff attitudes. The best medical experience I have had in my 59 years. That is saying alot. From the Nurse's to the front desk. Stay frosty lady's. In my world that is most excellent, the relaxed nature to the reassurance in their voices was very calming and outstanding for my piece of mind. For me as a retired Veteran with a medical back ground I was very happy with my visits. From indoc to follow up I had seen two entirely different groups of personnel so my exposure to the group as a whole was fantastic. A++. I would highly recommend this provider as a whole. Well done. PS. I hate going to the doctor for anything.

The staff here is always so helpful and caring. The lady dr that has only been there since January I forgot her name was so sweet and helpful this was my 2nd trip there this week and sat with me twice for at least 15 mins trying to come up with a plan to make me feel better! Yall have a gem in her! I'll come here anytime I need a quick dr appointment! I got in and seen and out within an hour! And when you feel terrible that's so nice!
