Uti! Wonderful Doctor! Staff very courteous and friendly

Terrible experience . Rude staff they don't like their job and don't go the extra mile for the patient not worth the money or the visit.

Reception is not the friendliest or most welcoming but the other staff makes up for it!

Way better than med express. The NP and triage and even the lady at the window were all super friendly and understanding

★★★★★ This Is How Urgent Care Should Be Done! I came to Bon Secours Urgent Care Pantops because my knee had been hurting, and I’m honestly glad I chose this location. I’ve visited several urgent care centers over the years for different injuries, but this experience stood out immediately. The facility was extremely clean, the staff was welcoming, and I never felt like I was being rushed through just to become the next name off the list. A huge shout-out and thank-you to Skyler Koontz for taking such great care of me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. You can tell when someone truly knows their profession and genuinely cares about the people they’re helping, and Skyler absolutely showed both. What impressed me even more was that the clinic actually followed up with me afterward to see how I was doing. I’ve been treated at plenty of other places, and I can’t remember another urgent care taking the time to do that. That small gesture spoke volumes. Bon Secours Urgent Care Pantops has officially raised the bar. Clean facility, kind staff, excellent care, and real follow-through. Skyler, I hope you see this because you deserve your flowers!
