Had shoulder pain urgent care had no help for me. Spent $50. For no help at all very dissatisfied. Should have been notified that they couldn’t help me before I wasted my time and money for nothing. Very disappointed.

There was no physical examination done, no bloodwork taken. A UA was completed with no issues. After presenting with abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea x 6 days I was told to go home and drink Gatorade as I was most likely dehydrated. I was given a prescription to help with nausea which was called into the wrong pharmacy. I was admitted to the ER 2 days later. What a waste of my health care dollars. I would never go to this place again.

Scheduling was easy through the website, the facility looked clean, staff was friendly, and the wait time was low. Everything was great, however while waiting for my appointment, a young woman came in with symptoms of cough, body aches and chills, and fever; she was not wearing a mask, nor did the receptionist ask her to wear one. I would think it best practice for a medical facility to require mask usage if the patient is complaining of symptoms that are related to illness that are contagious.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. Staff are friendly and the office is always neat and clean. The downfall for this visit was i walked out not knowing what i have , no medication and the provider i seen didn't even listen to my lungs at all. I went in for ear pain , sore throat and cough for a few days. He found fluid in my ear but never listened to my lungs . No antibiotics or anything!! Still not sleeping because of the cough.

Called in to see if they took care of corneal abrasions. They did. I was able to make it 15 minutes before close. The doctor seemed a little irritated that I kind of already knew what it was and showed up before close. I wasn't 100% sure and can't prescribe myself eye drops. I am also weirded out with eyes so I put my own eye drops in as well as used the dye on my eye. He did a quick look confirmed and said bye. It was efficient but rude.
