I called my primary and they said I needed to get to urgent asap because they had no appts  I called Priority, very pleasant and she booked me appt for an hour later.  Waited maybe 5 minutes.  Went to exam room, kept drinking water so I could pee.  Gave then urine sample. Immediately they said I had a bad UTI.   Sent in script.   Everyone was great

I was there twice in the last week and a half both times were a terrible experience the first Dr PA did not send in the proper prescription. When I didn’t get relief from the five days of antibiotic, I called back thought they could just send it in, but he put no notes in the system so I had to go back yesterday. Saw someone named. Joanne Jung . She was so terrible. She didn’t know what she was talking about asked me what I thought I should take for a prednisone strength. Never asked if I needed anything further like an inhaler or anything. It was a really bad experience I’m hoping to talk to Dr Ran Paul about this issue. The prescription of prednisone she did send to the pharmacy the girl at the office today. Told me the reason they got it wrong was because sometimes the Connecticut system in the Massachusetts system when it switches over the pharmacy gets it wrong. That’s very concerning as a patient. Who’s putting my trust in your office in the professional professionals that work there

I was able to book an appointment at five in the morning or 10 that day scheduling was really easy. Check-in was easy to do it online. The person who took me in and did all the questioning was amazing super nice very helpful and the doctor was very thorough. I was very pleased.

Reception and nurse were very pleasant.       The provider didn’t address the several issues I reported.  She did check that were my lungs were clear and reported that I didn’t have Covid.    I asked about pneumonia and her response was I told you your Covid test was negative.    She recorded I take zicam.       I asked about the current nasal spray I had been prescribed beginning with T.    Her response was she knew nothing about that.        I carry a list of my RX including doses.      She was in the room under 2 minutes.        I am not a drive by patient.       She should have known the prescriptions I was taking.      Appeared she hadn’t reviewed my chart.   No I would tell everyone that the provider wasn’t interested in my care.
