On-line scheduling & registration was very easy. Staff was very professional & friendly. Check-in & initial intake at facility was quick. However wait in examining room for provider not same. Waited 20-25 min for observation & treatment w/provider. Seemed little long since no patients or wait in registration/waiting room.

The provider gave an in depth examination based upon presented areas of concerns. Provider provided additional resources for follow up e.g. referral to two specialist and follow up with PC. Great bedside manner. Glad to have this resource in our rural community when you need it. As everyone knows it is so hard to be seen by your PC when your sick.
