Although scheduling is easy you still have to wait beyond your appointment time. Receptionist was excellent and helpful. Initial person taking vitals and info had no bedside manner and appeard very inexperienced. Provider also seemed inexperienced. Urgent care is better than going to the ER for minor issues but is hit or miss on the quality of attention.

Woke up to an allergic reaction where they kept testing me for strep and even I knew it was an allergic reaction. Was told to take a steroid and Benadryl. My uvula was so swollen it was hard to talk. Trust me I will never return
