My visit was at the height of flu season and it was filled to capacity, but the wait time was very reasonable. This is a very friendly, competent and efficient operation. My doctor was on vacation and I am grateful to have them available when I need them. I highly recommend their services.

I went to the health-care center after having a fall about a week before. I explained that I had had company before and didn't want to disrupt their visit. The receptionist was most kind in listening to all I had to say and consulted with the doctor before the doctor referred me to the Gulf Coast Health Center where they could perform a CAT scan. The receptionist gave us detailed information to get there. And I am so grateful. It ends up that I did suffer a concussion and was glad for their advice. Next time I probably won't wait a week to take care of me. Many thanks to the doctor and receptionist.

Llame para sacar una cita para atenderme y cómo no hablo inglés no me la dieron pues las dos empleados que se encontraban no hablaban español y le comenté a alguien del personal de adentro que habla español que por qué no ponen alguna de las dos personas que fueran bilingües y me dijo que ella no hace el horario que es la management quien lo hacía yo le dije bueno deberías comentarle porque cuantos clientes pierden pero me di cuenta que las de la resection no les importan pues ellas van a cobrar lo mismo si hay o hay pacientes

Fui hoy sábado día 5 de febrero y me dijeron que no me podían atender porque no tenían nadie que hablara Español sin embargo dentro del establecimiento se encontraban 3 empleados que hablan español a tanta existencia me a tendieron y la que se encontraba en la resection era racista le molestó que yo insistiera que me buscarán una persona queda hablar Español pues no estaban ocupados puesto que no había casi nadie 3 personas pues todo el que llamaba ella le decía que no podía atender por qué no había nadie que hablara español y cuando yo salí ella me tenía que dar los papeles de los medicamentos y yo hacer el copay Estaba delante de ella y no me hablaba cuando yo tuve que llamar para que alguien me atendiera y ella empezó a reírse sin ninguna razón pues estaban yo sola y ella no estaba hablando con nadie ósea era cómo haciendo burla y nada profesional pues es una clínica donde las persona van por necesidad no por diversión ósea tuve una experiencia muy desagradable no sé lo recomiendo a nadie que no hable inglés deberían poner un letrero que no atiende personas que no hablen inglés
