I feel that when trying to sign in, and my phone don't scan your requirements and they said I need to have a credit card on file. Don't give the option to NOT have my credit card. They said next I would need one Will I guess they don't want my business. No one should have to give or have a CREDIT CARD to be seen by a Doctor. urgent Care should be urgent care should not have to wait three hours as for some patients after me had to be waiting.

Don't go here. They won't see a simple headache. If an Urgent care turns away a headache what's the point in being there. I was told they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, but they hadn't seen me, asked any questions or anything. What a joke.

My girlfriend went in today was told to wait outside in freezing temperatures, was given absolutely atrocious service by the front desk. She was called a liar because the front desk didnt do their job and take her information down the first time she called so they wanted her to wait another hour outside. I've read more than 40 comments saying that your front desk is rude, unprofessional, and driving business away. Why is she still working for your facitlity?
