What patients are saying...

This was overall an awful experience. The staff is rude and seem to have other things to focus on rather than treating their patients well. The doctor I was seen by did a terrible job. He went into the visit with his conclusions already drawn and did not listen to what I had to say. I was told my wrist was sprain and to wear a wrist guard until it was no longer painful. I sought treatment elsewhere and confirmed had a broken bone in my hand and am now in a cast. On top of that experience, when sent to the x-ray room they took scans of my chest and not of my hand...that is until someone else came in to correct whoever was doing the scans.. I do not recommend going here for treatment, the staff is under qualified and rude. Going here was a waste of my time and money.

My husband called the Westfield MedExpress and asked if they did covid testing and the procedure to get one. Yes they did and they opened at 8am and to be early as they have a lot of people. Also when we arrive to call them to let them know that we were there. So we arrived between 7:30 and 7:45. We called at 8:00 like we were told to do and was told someone would call us. A person did return our call and asked us for our names, address, telephone number, healthcare with ID numbers and what our symptoms and reason why we wanted one. Said they would call us back. We waited for approximately half an hour and then my husband called them. He was told that they were extremely busy and we would have to wait about an hour. At this time about 7 people had entered and exited the building. We waited the hour and called again and was informed that they did not give antigen testing. (Sign in window said they did). Rude girl started asking the same questions we had already answered and when I told her we had already answered those questions she started asking about all surgeries, medications Dr. It was now after 10am and we both were upset about this unorganized procedure and decided to call it quits. When I got home I called and asked to speak to the manager (none available). VERY unorganized and RUDE. Will never go back there,

Like others here I waited almost two hours for an employment drug screen and yes the receptionists are extremely rude and were literally trashing the patient right before me (only other patient there), but what’s most concerning is they’re literally breaking federal law with their handling of patient social security numbers. Receptionist (the younger of the two) asked for my social & when I asked if it was required for the drug test, she lied to me and said it was, so I gave her a bogus number rather than argue. Then when the clinician took my sample, she asked me to confirm my info on her computer screen. I told her I didn’t think they needed my social & then she lied to me too. She told me that the social she had on her screen (the purposefully incorrect number) was not from the receptionist but from my employer, so I asked if she was sure trying to let her backtrack her lie, but she doubled down. So I said, “not only does my employer not have my social yet but when they do it will be the right one rather than the bogus number I gave your receptionist & I see here on your screen”. After turning the shade of red that only liars do, she quickly expedited my visit from there. The print out she handed me has the incorrect social fully printed out as well. I will be addressing my concerns with the Massachusetts attorney general and the better business bureau.
