What patients are saying...

The front desk medical assistants were unwelcoming, rude, and created an uncomfortable environment in the lobby area and in the back rooms while performing physical/UA/ppd. The PA was polite and made the remainder of the appointment quick and pleasant.

1. Front desk staff not friendly and disorganized. 2. Initial physical assistant did not know how to use scale; said I failed eye exam. Doctor insisted on keeping and holding on to my paperwork until I could take measures to pass vision part of physical. 3. Had multiple professional optical eye exams elsewhere with  passing readings for drivers license. 4. Returned to clinic for retest of eye exam. Found out that following the office relocation, they lost my paperwork and never scanned it as a back up record.( they said they usually do that) 5.Had to redo complete physical. Passed completely 100%.(They did not charge another fee. The only good part!) 6. Frustrating and stressful! 7. Letter grade overall:  D
