This place totally sucks. My husband and I both caught COvid there. There was an older gentleman there talking to people in the waiting room, no social distancing. He later told my husband that he tested positive. The dr was indifferent and spent maybe 5 minutes with me. I had fallen and hurt my wrist. He had it X-rayed and said it wasn’t broken and gave me a shabby wrist brace. That was 2 weeks ago. My wrist still hurts a lot. Because of the COvid I can’t go anywhere for another X-ray. Avoid this place.

I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. The doctor I saw was so rude and did not know how to talk to me as a patient. I wasn’t feeling too well and decided to go get checked out as soon as possible as I have prior health issues and the doctor there was so condescending. He was more interested in showing off than treating or providing adequate care to his patient. He told me to « let him finish speaking » when my mom decided to come in and have a conversation with him and I in order to ask him about what happened and what his advice was when he spoke to me in the room. I have never been treated so poorly by a physician in my entire life. I felt like my concern were not heard and then I had to act like he did his job correctly. But honestly, I was simply over the conversation and over the visit. What I will say was that the front staff was lovely and I really appreciated them. They were warm and lovely. Too bad they have to work for such an as hole of a doctor like this man was. I sincerely ask myself why people go into medicine or « trauma » as he said he did and proceed to belittle a patient and make them feel scum. If you don’t want to work at an urgent care, then do not work there. Simple as that. But there is just never a need to be so nasty and again, condescending. I would rather the worst case scenario to happen than to ever go back to any CityMD location. In the end, my mom really wanted me to get some rest and got him to print out papers for 2 day leave, but at the end of the day I will never recommend this location nor clinic to anyone. Please be sure to find urgent care locations that are better for you!

Since they have been taken over by CitiMD, their fees have more than doubled and they are impossible to reach. Terrible, will never go back.

Had an appt for COVID test. Still had to wait 1.5 hrs. 6 days later I hadn't heard from them regarding the results. I had to call them. Everyone else that I know who got COVID tests elsewhere received their results within 2 days via email or text. The reception said she was not able to give results over the phone, only the Dr could. She said the Dr would call me back. Over 2 hrs later I hadn't heard back so I called again. The receptionist said that the doctor had been trying to get in touch with me that I did not answer my phone. I never received a phone call from them. I checked my phone logs. They were obviously calling the wrong number. The doctor finally called me back a little while later. She told me that she had left a voicemail and that it was my voice on the message. I don't have my voice on my voicemail message. I was told that my test came back positive. I had to wait 6 days to find out! Probably longer if I never called them. They are so disorganized. If you care about your health, do NOT go to Medicenter.

... well, I normally do not prefer to leave any complaints anywhere, but this time there is a worthy exception: Unfortunately, a totally disgusting(!) experience. Apparently the "chief physician" (dr. peter g. gutera, please correct me, if I am wrong, who is also most likely hiding his profile pictures on the official internet resources for some reason), an older man, a totally rude and disrespectful individual, yelling at his own staff and his own patients. I would say for sure: Never again! P.S.: I am wondering who is writing this 5-star reviews in here, most likely this "chief physician" himself ... Anyway I wish him all the best and not to lose his job because of his personal and professional issues.
