Great staff… great visit, this has been a good office for a long time!

Once I was all checked in and waiting for the doctor I received a call and I noticed it was from within the office, I thought: maybe the doctor is looking for me? I answered just to find out that that the doctor was in the room next door and to tell me she wasn’t coming because she didn’t want the EXPOSURE! Are you kidding me? So of course I asked: are you not coming in to check on me? Make sure my lungs are clear, etc. In her own words she said: if I get sick I don’t get paid, I wish I was making this up. Then she said she only had 15 minutes with me, so I thought: stop wasting your time and mine then and come an evaluate me for the love of god. I’ve never experienced anything like this, this was just ridiculous. Per my request she finally ended up coming in, it’s nothing personal since I have never met this doctor before, but my God, she is in the wrong line of work if she prefers to stay in another room before seeing a patient.

Very smooth appointment and the nurses and doctor were great, easy to talk to and patient. The wait time was a little long (about 30 mins) despite the appointment time. Thank you.

Wait time was longer than I anticipated, and while the overall care I received was great, my physician seemed like she was in a tremendous rush to wrap up my physical. I would have appreciated more questions and explanations about what was being tested, and next steps for me as a patient.

Overall, I had a good experience at this visit. The staff was friendly and professional. The wait time was little bit longer than expected. But once I was seen I appreciative the quality of care and would recommend this office.

So far I’ve had two appointments & each time it was an extensively long wait time to be seen by the Dr. If my appointment is scheduled for a particular time, waiting an hour to be seen is unacceptable.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the PA was great. Very attentive and handled all of my questions. Even one of the staff tried to get ahold of the pharmacy for me. That was very helpful!

Scheduling was great! Dr. Rashid was very responsive! Lab tech was friendly!

I wish there could be an option to choose “Annual Physical” in the scheduling. I had to call and wait several times. Also, the system didn’t allow me to schedule for next day.  Would be great if the practice can offer “female only” staff for women.
