While going to the doctor is never a fun thing, they always make it an easy process at teh medics USA Dupont office. I love the atmosphere of the staff. Dr. Rashid is very personable and gives great advice to his patients. I've also come in contact with Dr. Spargo too. He's friendly and very insightful. I always feel well taken care of when I'm at the office.

I visited the office to drop off copies of blood work done by my oncologist, to finalize my annual physical and to have my prescriptions refilled. The receptionist was quite efficient, pleasant and made sure that my concerns were met. The office extremely efficient with the volumn of patients that are seen there daily.

Was able to an appointment within a few hours of when I first looked. Had to wait 40 minutes after the appt time to spend 5 minutes with the doctor though. Still, I got what I needed so that was a win.

Doctor I had was not friendly and he didn’t listen to my symptoms. I was in major pain and he didn’t seem to understand that considering hisbedside manner. They also took my general health info on a post it.

Fell resulting in contusion on chest side. Had to wait 30 minutes beyond appointment time. Office appeared to be taking patients not by appointment, but first come, first served. X-ray technician confused about image location. Problem with Rx, pharmacy couldn't reach doctor.

Went in for a physical and bloodworm. Check in was done online. It didn't speed up the process. The young lady at the desk was present. She seemed new. The other, I asked for a summary for my bill. They said no, billing will handle it. May I have something? Anything to show my employer? I asked about 4-5 times. Finally the answer was yes. It wasn't all their fault, my company decided last minute to send me to Labcorp. So, we waited for a new authorized Passport, but nothing. Finally I made it back. The nurse was stonefaced. End of the day, probably tired. The Doc was tired, and the front Desk was tired. The setting, a little tilted, not sure why. I don't blame anyone, I believe they are overworked. I appreciated the front Desk politeness as I walked out. I was thankful and frustrated too. I did not enjoy my experience, but felt like rushed cattle going to feed, even though there was a hour delay. I liked these guys, but would have enjoyed a more positive experience. I have confidence in their work for sure. They just need more staff to alleviate some pains.

Took forever for the front desk to answer the phone & gave me incorrect information over the phone. The NP seemed okay but didn't do anything to solve the problem at hand. Wouldn't recommend

Scheduling was super easy online. Almost no wait when I arrived. Doctor was friendly and nice but he prescribed me drugs but never explained what- why - how to use etc.. I had skin infection due to abrasion.. I filled the prescription but wasn't sure if I should put the ointment on the scab or not. He left the room after a 5 min exam and no one came back.. I thought they would come back with a prescription I waited another 5 min and left. They need to communicate better.

The wait time at the front desk, then in the examination room is too long. In to out time should not be in excess of an hour.
