I was in and out within one hour every thing was good & simple

The doctor doesn’t wash his hands upon entering the room. No gloves, no hand sanitizer just touched me right when he walked in the door. The doctor also doesn’t take time to explain test results in a way that helps feminine hygiene, feel supportive.

The staff were great! The front desk staff and the nurse were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go there…. Keep the great work guys.!!!!

I visited for a last-minute appointment due to a possible viral infection/bronchitis. Overall, I was able to be seen quickly and received medication, which I appreciate. However, there were a few concerns with the visit: • My blood pressure was taken, but the reading was not shared with me unless I specifically asked. I would prefer that this information be communicated proactively. • The nurse practitioner prescribed a steroid, which felt excessive given that my symptoms were mild. While I chose not to take it, I think it’s important to ensure patients fully understand why a stronger medication is being recommended. • There was also a lack of clarity regarding prescriptions. At the appointment, we discussed a cough syrup with codeine, but a different medication was called in without explanation. If there was a reason for the change or discomfort prescribing codeine, I would have appreciated that being communicated directly. Overall, the visit was helpful for immediate care, but clearer communication and alignment on treatment decisions would improve the experience.

My wait time was long and i had a partcle in my eye.When i was finally attended to they were not able to get the particle out because none of them was an optomologist,so i basically wasted time and irritated the eye more.
