Went there for the 1st time for my back. Everyone was so kind and professional and couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Brown. Very clean facility.

Once again I had a phenomenal experience. The front desk staff was very attentive as was the triage nurse. The doctor was very knowledgeable and discussed my options and let me have a say on my treatment.

You already feeling bad, don’t feel worse by coming here.. The people that were working the front desk on this day were so incredibly rude not only upon arrival, but had the audacity to yell at me in a waiting room full of people to pull me outside and accused saying “YOU smell like weed” right there and then. I was shocked!! Couldn’t believe the amount of disrespect, the audacity of the accusation, and the public embarrassment. Needless to say, I turned around and walked right out of there. With so many other urgent cares around the area, why would you go here where the professionalism is thrown out the window from the very beginning? Save yourself the disrespect and miss-treatment and go somewhere with nicer staff, specially when you are feeling sick.. No bueno guys, no bueno

I called twice before going to make sure that they took my son's insurance and I was assured by the staff that they accepted it. Once I got there Gladys (the front desk receptionist) told me that they do not accept it, I explained to her that I had called earlier and she said that policies change all the time. There is lack of communication between staff and it was a waste of time to take my son who was sick only for them to tell me something that could've been prevented.
