Receptionist I saw was great and the medical asst. Other than that the Nurse Practitioner had a terrible bedside manner Wouldn't listen because it was the day before Thanksgiving and it was obvious she did not want to deal with my situation which would take more time that day. Since have talked to enough and know enough that if I hadn't been forceful on her to prescribe antibiotic my situation would have been far worse and yes she could have fixed me up that day. Horrible experience and no excuse from those who take an actual oath to heal. I suffered more because of her lack of ethics etc. Period. 0 rating. Going out of town today because of my experience there or lack there of I should say. A numbing shot and bit of clipping antibiotics were all that was needed as i thought in the first place. Some just don't belong in the medical field at all.
