Horrible visit. Hardly anyone was there and we waited over 2 and a half hours to be seen. I understand being busy but my time is valuable too.

Sitting in the room for two hours now. No sign of a doctor yet. Unacceptable

I dont even know where to begin. I few weeks ago I called to get an appointment set up because my blood pressure had been consistently high for a few months. The drs staff called me back to ask about my symptoms they said they would call me back after speaking to the dr. They never did. I end up calling them and get an appointment scheduled the following day only to have them call and cancel the next morning. On top of this nonsense I was scheduled for a sleep study I wasnt informed till the day before that it was going to cost me $2400. I called and called and called for someone to file a complaint to and they havent called me back on this either. I don't care if there is a pandemic going on, if you say your going to call some one back the do it! They also have this maddening habit of calling and leaving no message whatsoever. In this day and age with all the robots callers who picks up the phone on a number they don't know or recognize. They told me it was some confidentiality bull crap. You just have to call people tell you who you are and where your calling from, you dont have to give them my whole medical history in a voicemail to ask me to call back. This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. I am taking my buissness elsewhere because these clowns cant even leave a proper voicemail.
