I paid at the time of service and then had to retroactively submit the bill to my insurance company. My insurance paid directly to them. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the visit, they admit to owing me money, but I have been getting the run-around. Tried three times now to get reimbursed. Have gotten every excuse know to man from, it's on the way, to recently just plain not calling back.
