The girl at the check-in counter was very nice and welcoming. The girl that took me back to the room and took my blood pressure etc. was also very friendly and listened to what I had to say. The nurse practitioner... I liked her a lot. Again, she listened to what I had to say. We talked to through a few issues and she gave me some tips on what worked for her when using saline for her sinuses.  It was a very positive experience. Your staff represented you well. I would recommend your urgent care to friends.

I came in for severe eye irritation/swelling/discharge. I mentioned also having a sore throat and some ear discomfort. The main reason that I was there was for my eye but it felt like no one wanted to listen to what I was saying when it came to that. I was told that it was allergies all around and that taking allergy medicine would help. My eye, however, was not allergies, and I felt like I wasn’t heard. I was talked over, and when I said that I didn’t want anything to treat allergy symptoms that I could do that myself, I was given my paperwork and a prescription for eye drops, and sent on my way. Nothing for my ears even though she said I had swelling in both ears. The lady who saw me before the nurse practitioner said my throat had redness, but the nurse practitioner said that I didn’t. It felt like everyone who saw me, except for the lady up front, was against me or had something backhanded to say. I received a second opinion later on. It’s hard enough for people to get to the doctor, it’s even harder when they leave feeling like this. It seemed like they were only trying to get back to their conversations with each other instead of focusing on someone who needed help.

Walked right in and was seen within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had two great experiences at this location

Once again I give this urgent care facility and staff 5 stars. They are very professional, thorough and kind. Doctor was amazing. So grateful to all of them!
