I went to Urgent Care because I smashed my finger . While the doctor was nice enough, she spent about 5 minutes poking my finger and then told me to go to the ER.   I guess I am more upset that I had to pay over $200 for a 5 minute visit.  I sat longer in the room waiting for the doctor (I believe she was actually a nurse practitioner) than actual care time.

I went to Urgent Care on Glenway Crossing, because I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor. I checked in to a friendly front desk staffer and she told me how to check-in. I waited a few minutes and then I was seen by the doctor. The doctor listened to what I had to say, and agreed to remedy I suggested and just like that, I was back on my feet. Thank you.

The front desk Lady was awesome. My nursing assistant was awesome and knowledgeable the doctor however was very dry very callous and did not properly examine me which turned into an invalid diagnosis. On top that she isn’t even a doctor she was a nurse practitioner. I should’ve pretty much went to the dentist to take care of the problem that I need took care of and may have gotten better treatment . It’s urgent care for a reason next time I will go to my Own doctor.
