Checking in was a breeze the front desk receptionist was very sweet and urgent considering the pain I was in. Got be back into a room quickly and helped me filling out my intake forms. Now the doctor I dealt with was not so much. She didn't have a pleasant attitude and me being in pain you would think she would have some empathy , she tried to avoid prescribing me NSAIDS I had to ask. As well as just saying " I'm prescribing you mouthwash and antibotics" no break down I had to ask what are the antibotics for are you able to prescribe me NSAIDS . Then ended our session with "if you don't get it check out with will lead to sepsis" and walked out no goodbye no thank you for coming in I think she said "feel better"  Usually when someone is in severe pain like that I'd think tylonel/ ibuprofen would be one of the first prescriptions you write  . Either way my care at the front of the office was amazing.

Everyone was very pleasant. They took care of me and got me out quickly. It was very impressive.

Excellent care, wait time was minimal . Improved my breathing quickly. I won’t hesitate to use this service again

I was in and out for this appointment and staff was nice and friendly!

Went in there for poison ivy today. Got treatment right away. All the ladies that helped me from the front desk, medical assistants, nurse and doctor were all friendly and funny. Got a few laughs in. Def would go there again.

I walked in and had an immediate check in. The receptionist, were extremely helpful with doing my check-in. I went in for an ear flush, and the person who did the procedure was excellent! I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I work in childcare so I am always picking up all of the illnesses going around. Everyone working was personable, quick, and actually listened to what my concerns were. They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond what I’m used to in urgent care settings.

The ladies that’s I encountered today were very sweet. I especially appreciated the np and medical assistant.

Check in and intake staff were great. Nurse practitioner was cold and seemed uninterested in treating me.  Unable to schedule an ultrasound and not willing to try an anti biotic to treat the most likely diagnosis.    I went to another urgent care and they prescribed an anti biotic which solved the problem. I won’t be returning to Mercy.
