When I arrived there weren’t any patients waiting. Staff had me check in. Routine questions when first sitting down as expected. With my symptoms they just had to look in my ear to confirm the ear infection. They gave me some info to help deal with the pain and prescribed me medication. Pretty basic and quick visit. Thanks for the help!

Came in for a suspected UTI. The woman I saw barely even listened to my heart or lungs – literally barely tapped the stethoscope on me. Said that I don’t have a bladder infection, but that she would send it out for more testing. I took one of the over-the-counter tests a pharmacy recommended and that said I did have a UTI, so I will see when the other test comes back for sure. However, I have things to do this weekend so I had asked her about that and she said that she could call me in a prescription. She then said that she would recommend not getting it, but she didn’t tell me why, so I said OK, but then as she walked out She said I’ll call your prescription in right now. Didn’t really make sense. Even though I asked her what she thought it may be if it’s not a UTI or what I should do she never really answered me, pretty much talked over me. I left there feeling like I wasn’t given a very thorough examination.

Did not wait at all…check in was simple.  nurse and doctor very nice.  Doctor was thorough and felt like I got care I needed

I was treated very well. I didn't have a long way time. The staff was beautiful and he took care of me. I will recommend this provider to anyone I know need care.
