The team was very kind and helpful. They tended to my needs immediately.

Angie and Sabrina were wonderful, we were seen quickly, the office was clean, and the exam was thorough. They gave great care! The receptionist was kind and helpful as well.

I was a walk in, and very impressed with  the ease of checking in.  The staff was friendly and professional, and I was in  and out within a half hour.  The Dr. was  quick to see me, and was also friendly  and professional.  A good experience.

I felt brushed off, like I didn't matter, I was just told the rhinovirus is going around but here's some antibiotics, have a nice day. That was it. I wouldn't have gone there if I felt it was just a common cold, so I felt like an inconvenience and treated like I was wasting their time when I was literally the only patient in the building.

From the MA to the nurse this entire experience was great! Really appreciate these women, the true hero’s of our society!

The check-in process is very impersonal. When people are sick, they don’t want to sit there and fill out all this information on their phone. There’s literally a lady who sits at the desk when you walk in with two computers. Why can’t she do all of that? The medical assistant and nurse practitioner weren’t even present on site. They had to be called in. They also ran tests that I didn’t ask for. This is the second time coming here but I won’t be back. It was better when it wasn’t run by Mercy! I will seek care at another facility that actually checks you in and has someone that is friendly at check in. I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

When I went in staff made check in very easy. All the ladies working were very kind and professional. Over all the best urgent care I’ve been to and I’ve been there during very busy hours too.

I am a medical assistant instructor. The MA who checked us in was not polite. The exam room was still dirty from the previous patient. The MA came in and ripped the dirty table paper off just to replace it with new table paper right in front of us. That should have been done prior to us being taken back to the exam room. The room was not cleaned, and there were dirty supplies on the floor. This is unacceptable. Who knows if the exam room had been cleaned at all the entire day? Will NOT be returning.
