Came in for a finger cut, it was cauterized still oozing after 24 hours , painful to even barely touch. Called back and was told to go to ER . I paid my copay and didn't receive adequate care and now I'm going to have to spend even more money to correct your doctor's inability to provide adequate service. Wish. Could attach picture!!!

The speed, care and courtesy of the folks at this clinic was exceptional. I felt like the staff listened and genuinely cared that not only I, but everyone who came in, was well taken care of. Compared to a visit to a walkin clinic in the Healthcare death spiral that is my home in New Orleans, this was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Candy was great. She has a lovely spirit and was very informative and attentive to me. If I could have her as my primary physician, I would in a second. The tablet was a bit malfunctioning with slowness but other than that… great assistance with my needs. I would definitely recommend this urgent care and their team.
