The check in process is ridiculous..Feeling sick and trying to get care..but all you get is additional stress to fill out all the paperwork and if you don't have cash or a credit card you'll not be seen by a doctor ..They're not willing to work with your insurance according to the lady at the desk. She dont make the rules either you pay or not be seen..

Do not go to this urgent care they didn’t test me for Influenza and I had an inner ear infection and missed that . They didn’t even take my temp . This caused me additional 3 days of being sick . Still fighting it .

Was experiencing a stye that was getting worse. Even though there was many in the lobby, the staff was great with notifying us of how busy it was and that they were diligently working as quickly as possible.  The front desk lady has the highest customer service standards ever!!

Your system for check in is a joke. It's way to complicated to anyone who is sick enough to go to urgent care but not need emergency room. It has way to many glitches and God forbid someone who does not have a phone or has a flip phone come in. You need to rethink this system. Maybe your podium can take the pics needed of your insurance and id. The staff on the other hand were great helpful and very informative
