We went here because my daughter had a barking cough, fever and colds (her pedia is not available, so went to urgent care). I specifically told the PA to listen to my daughter's cough because it sounded more serious either croup, RSV or whooping and she told me it was nothing. I insisted that it is something, but she said, none at all. So, I just asked her if she could give me at least the dosage of tylenol for fever for my 1 y/o and she gave me a post it. After 2 days, I went to our pedia because my daughter is not improving, and I have this gut that something is really wrong, so I asked her the same thing, then I found out that my daughter has a croup, and she gave us prescription for steroids. My daughter was suffering for 2 days, wasn't able to sleep and coughing really hard, just because the doctor in the urgent care here doesn't know anything. I remember her name, it was SHON, SINGH (physician assistant). 2nd, when we came there at 3:30, then at 4pm I asked the people there what time will the doctor see us, they said they don't know, then a nurse came in to take sample for RSV, flu and COVID19, she said it will take 15minutes for the result and then the doctor will follow. At around 4:40, I went out of the room to ask again for the doctor, and told them that I was told 15minutes but it is already more than 40minutes, they told me that some patients had to wait for 2 hours and more. I was told 15minutes, and now 2hrs??? Almost 5pm, Shon Singh (physician assistant) saw us. Eventually, it was useless, coz she didn't even know how to diagnose a croup. 3rd, the medical assistant is inventing the vital signs of my baby, he can't even attach the pulse oximeter to my baby's foot. Little do they know, I'm observing them. This is the worst ever urgent care! You wait long, they invent vital signs, and the people here doesn't know how to diagnose properly. 4th, upon discharge to the urgent care, the PA just gave me a piece of post it. They can't even print a simple discharge instructions. If you want to waste your time, money and effort, and get a wrong diagnosis, go here. This is a non biased comment, this is a true event that happened to my family.
