Great team here. I come in for a possible torn bicep. From the moment I walked in to the time I left I could tell that the staff really cared about my situation. Other care providers should take note from this team!

First time parents here. Had to take our 3 y/o here to get play-do out of her nose. Of course her dad and I are freaking out. The receptionist was so kind, and comforted us saying it happens all the time. We were in and out really quickly! The nurses who did the removal were both very nice and professional. They spoke to our daughter and helped keep her calm! Such a great experience with a good ending!

Second visit for a workman's comp injury, couldn't ask for a friendlier staff the caring physician who actually sits down talks to you and doesn't treat you like you're trying to cheat the system if I didn't live 25 minutes away I would come to you if I needed an urgent Care visit more urgent cares need to follow in your footsteps

This was a follow-up visit and I saw a different nurse practitioner who, like the one last time, was wonderful. This place doesn't feel like an urgent care, it feels like a doctor's office. It is very relaxing and they make me feel confident that they are giving me great care. I so appreciate all the staff. Thank you!

30 min wait in WR. Was not told on arrival x-ray not available. I was sent to Hendersonville road clinic then Asheville clinic to get an X-ray with a very painful back from a fall. I will never use Mercy ever again.

Just having trouble getting my prescription that need to start today. Can't get it to my pharmacy

I was really impressed with the Mercy Urgent Care clinic on Patton. I appreciated how helpful and friendly and professional all the staff was from check in, checkout, the nurse, nurse practitioner and X-ray technicians. I felt like they cared about me and were knowledgeable and took the needed time to care for me. Having not always had the best experiences long ago with urgent care clinics in another town I used to live, I was pleasingly surprised. I highly recommend them!
