Our first visit I was pleased with, the friendly staff, clean facility, our Physician listened to us, after examining my son she explained the diagnosis and prescribed the medication that he needed! Our primary Physician's office was closed what a convenient to have an urgent care here in town to go to for medical help!! I have a lot of friends that recommend this place now I understand why!!

Everyone was professional and courteous. Booking and paperwork was easy and time in office was minimal. A great place to have in Columbus!

I scheduled a visit for left knee pain and swelling. The wait time was not long and the NP Kathie was helpful and provided great care. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. I would recommend this provider.

This visit to Mercy Urgent Care Foothills was to get sutures removed that had been put in at Baton Rouge. While not an emergency, the staff not only looked at the wound and sutures, they ask questions to make sure the previous urgent care had taken care of everything which I appreciated. All of the staff were great. When I have any issues that need immediate care this is the facility that I use.

1st time visiting and staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I need care in the future.

Had an infected puncture wound from a nail. Got antibiotics and a tetanus shot within 30 minutes. Excellent and quick medical care.

I peed in a cup to help the process as soon as I got there at 9 am. I sat and waited a whole hour even had to go out at ask was someone gonna come in my room. Apparently I asked the Dr , when she came in she was so dry and just out of empathy I suppose. She crossed her arms while sitting down never examed me and cut me off while speaking. She wrote me a yeast infection medicine when those don’t match my complaints and told me I’d have to wait until my urine was sent off and comes back. So I waited over an hour for my pee to be sent off for UTI testing and nothing for relief or any answering exam anything. When I come out of the room I heard her whispering about me to the other staff the other provider and nursing staff. It was horrible and embarrassing.

I cut myself working outside and came in for some stitches. Everyone was very nice and gotten me taken care of right quick. This is my second experience in a couple of years with this urgent care and it’s the friendliest that I’ve been to
