My husband and have been seeing Dr. Dibernardo for years. We also took our children there when they were growing up. I have nothing but good to say. We don't have to wait, they are friendly, it is clean, and we have always had our health care needs met.

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. Front desk is always nice, Dr Krumm is wonderful (never had a problem) his nurses are wonderful, lab is good. Believe me, I've been elsewhere and it's WORSE!!!!!

Doctor Michael Dibernardo has been our doctor for years. Every time I've had an appointment, I never had to wait long. Always prompt, courteous and takes the time to listen and give advice. Never felt rushed. Excellent doctor!

My family has see Dr. Haupt for about 12 years now. We have not had any issues with this clinic. Unsure why there are such low ratings. Have seen other Dr's within the practice when our primary was not available or through urgent care. The nursing staff and doctors have always listened and addressed our concerns. Most recently they even got me into seeing their counselor on staff same day due to personal issues and needing to see someone ASAP. They are very flexible and understanding.

I've been a patient of Dr. David Wilson and after his retirement in now use Dr. Ranes. I can honestly say I have no idea why such low ratings. Cleanliness, never an issue, long waits, never an issue except when people checking in are prepared. No doctor I've ever seen here has been a jerk but one and he's no longer there. I know I was matched with two fantastic doctors and wouldn't change one single thing!

What your Dr. says goes, even if they are wrong, management will not stand up to the Doctors.

Front office unprofessional too busy talking, nurse very professional and helpful and VERY FRIENDLY .my doctor spend about three minutes with me to have your nurses do better than Doctors. My respect to your nurses

If you can avoid this place , do so. Went to urgent care for a possibly fractured nose. Had x Rays taken..2 days later, still have not received a call for x ray results. The female urgent care dr, is one of the worst I have encountered

40 minutes post appointment time to be seen. Unnecessary surgery.

Wasn't told when making the appointment that I would have to pay anything before being seen, then when I got there was told that I would have to pay a minimum of $140 just to see the doctor. Wasted $20 just to get there. First and definitely last time ever going there. Gave no information prior to appointment time.
