I had an issue with my health insurance for my first appointment but I figured it in time for another appointment. Then my 2nd appointment was cancelled with my say, and after I had just arrived.

A great place very professional this is the best place to do all my health care, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment notified the clerk and I was in right on time, very friendly staff and efficient, I highly recommend this Doctors office

Horrible experience. Had an appointment but was added to the walk-in list and had to wait 3hours. If this is the system, don’t allow for appointments. The staff was short staffed and did the best they could.

I made an appointment online. When I set the appointment up, I was lead to believe you took my insurance. I drove downtown. Struggled to find you. I struggled to find a parking place. Then, when I arrived, was told you don’t take ppo insurance. For me, it was a waste of time.

Considering the number of patients already waiting at Metroplex when I arrived, the wait time was surprisingly not bad at all and was actually quite short. The staff was kind and courteous, the facility was clean, and my overall experience was amazingly pleasant. I would definitely choose to go back here if I need to and I'd certainly recommend it to others.

I went in for what was suppose to be a free Covid test “according to there website” it turns out that I would have to call my insurance change my doctor temporarily to a doctor on site and then call them again to change it back in order to get a freakin Covid test. Or pay out of pocket for a “free” test… what a joke. And then the lady was like ok well Thank you have a good day… how do you people sleep at night. I’m sure his fine
