MI Express Urgent Care, Ann Arbor

I have not had a good experience in the past with Urgent Care, so I went here for someplace different and I was pleasantly surprised with the warmth and excellent care from the moment I was greeted by Ayan. Dr. Azimi was more than thorough and patient with my situation. I am already beginning to feel better and expect a swift recovery! Thank you MI Express Urgent Care Team🤗

While the staff was quite pleasant and the wait time was next to nothing ,the quality of care was less than desirable. I went in for a finger injury and was told the rate to be paid was $100 just to be seen and xrays would be an additional $75. All the pricing seemed quite reasonable until I actually got back to the consultation room. The intake nurse was extremely pleasant as she asked all the intake questions and took my vitals. She asked about why I was there and I told her about my finger. She never examined it..never touched it. Then the doctor came in mere minutes later. I gave never been to an urgent care that was that quick with the response. That being said. The doctor never touched me. Never examined my hand,finger,head,nothing. She then assured me xrays would be a waste of time due to swelling, offered me a prescription for motrin and sent me on my way. I was just flabbergasted at the fact that I paid $100 for somebody to take my tempature. I don't need a red carpet or to be fed grapes but it would be nice to receive the care I am paying for. A simple examination of my injury would have been sufficient.

I had a friction free experience. The staff was friendly, informed, and professional.

I simply needed a routine wellness check to which the receptionist indicated is provided at this location. When i admitted to the examination room, i was told i also needed blood work which is not part or required of the process for my employer. When I tried to schedule the bloodwork anyway, I was told they couldn’t help me after indicating I could perform the work the next day.

This place is great!  Easy in/out. Very professional and fast!

The doctor was through, knowledgable, kind and took his time in discussion any health issues. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Mostly, I really appreciated the doctor - he was old school bed-side manner. Medicine is lacking that today. Thanks! I would highly recommend this provider.

I had a sore on my foot that needed to be checked out due to being immunocompromised. It was very easy to make an appointment. I did not have a wait time. The staff was super patient in helping me fill out my check in information as well as being so friendly. I was pleased with my care and would definitely recommend going to this urgent care center.

I walked into the urgent care and was dealt with very promptly and professionally. The staff was very kind and supportive.

I was seen easily for a severe outbreak of chronic hives. The doctor prescribed me a steroid injection. I got no information as to what she gave me and what to expect from the treatment. Feeling some relief and have made an appointment with an allergist. Somewhat bothered that I received no after care summary and have requested one.

I got a large fish hook stuck in my thumb. An X-ray was taken first before taking it out Staff was awesome and the whole Urgent Care  facility was immaculate  Highly recommend!!!!
