Everyone is so nice and helpful, I went in with a sprained foot and they brought paperwork to me, rolled me around in a wheelchair, just went above and beyond to take care of me.  You can’t judge their wait time as they don’t control how many people come through the doors but I didn’t wait unreasonably long and they were quick to attend to me once I got a room.  I walked in instead of scheduling online and still had a similar wait.  Glad there’s a place like this, I don’t even want to try another urgent care.

The kindness and gentleness that the physician and staff handled us was phenomenal and the service and timeliness was fantastic. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I was made to pay a $50 copay despite telling staff I hit my out of pocket maximum which means my insurance will cover 100% of the bill. This means I have to wait a month for my insurance to tell the facility this before I’m issued a refund for this $50.

I feel like the PA didn’t do a thorough examination. Didn’t check my ears, breathing, sinuses or nothing. Waste of my time. I am still sick. I will not use this facility again.  Would not recommend

The staff is super friendly. The scheduling is easy to do online. I would recommend this urgent care over any other in the area.

After just 24 hours I was feeling so much better. I’m very grateful for the care and recommendations from the provider.

I usually have a really good experience. This time it was just okay. The NP seemed low to no energy as well - maybe she was not feeling well either. The prescribed medicine was not helpful at all. Over the counter got me through this illness.

Highly would recommend this urgent care. I’m very picky about what urgent cares I visit, but I base things  on bedside manner good customer service, etc. All the staff are super nice and patient with all my needs and concerns. The provider was super super super excellent answering all my questions. I highly recommend this place.

Staff were great but my pharmacist was unable to reach ANYONE despite multiple phone calls. Every call went to some AI system that transferred them to nowhere. I wasted my money because now I’m going to have to go to another provider who will actually be able to talk to my pharmacist. I’m just thankful my needs aren’t more serious.
