The NP that I saw, James Ling, was so pleasant and friendly. The telehealth visit was quick and easy and he had my prescription sent to the pharmacy before we even hung up. Excellent experience!

My son has a sinus infection. This provider did not even look at my son. She said she was not writing a prescription for an antibiotic even though my son has not been able to breathe out of his nose for 72 hours, humidifier 24/7, mucinex, Motrin, Zyrtec with no improvement. She did not care. I asked to see a different provider she hung up on me. She did not even take one good look at my son. Seems like a provider who doesn’t want to do anything.

It was difficult to get my insurance cards to them then the woman called and seemed irritated with my daughter but then her mood changed and she dealt with us much better once we got to the PA that helped me he was absolutely great and I'm already feeling much better today
