The provider was kind, professional and diagnosed me based on my symptoms. She took the time to explain things I could do to make myself comfortable and advised me of OTC remedies for congestion. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need.

Easiest doctor visit ever and the doctor was great!!

Tested positive for covid, doctor still insisted I see someone in-person to figure out what it is. As if it is anything other than covid, and as if I am not going to infect the people at the in-person clinic.

Overall, everything was great. The only issue I’m experiencing, is a script was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy. However, they have not received the script as of yet and I’m waiting on a follow up call from your clinic.

Made an appointment for an ear ache. Only for the Dr to tell me because she can’t see my ear she can’t write me a prescription for oral antibiotics and I need to go to the clinic. Defeats the purpose of a virtual appointment. Then the drops that she was supposed to send to the pharmacy never was received. I had to call the next day to try and get it situated. Just wasn’t an overall great experience
