Michigan Urgent Care, Michigan Virtual Visit

I have been sick for a while. I didn't know scheduling was so easy. She was super nice and understood my hand gestures. 20/10 would recommend. I'm unsure of how to get an update on my prescriptions though.

The care provider, Valencia, was very helpful and kind. Listened carefully, didn’t rush me, made sure that we are not dealing with something more serious than a UTI; she was thorough and caring. I am very happy with this  experience.

The virtual visit has become a preferred method for me. The ease of scheduling, the convenience of being at home, the availability of appointment times is something I never envisioned. I truly appreciate this convenience.

It was quick in a timely manner, and I got the treatment I needed with Care.

Wish I would have been given a heads up that I wouldn’t be able to obtain treatment without testing or I wouldn’t have wasted my thirty bucks.

My son woke up very sick yesterday and it was easy to schedule a virtual appointment. The provider was beneficial and followed up after our appointment to check on my son to see how he was doing.
