Everyone there was wonderful.  I will continue to go there if me or my son need an urgent care visit

The care for my son was great, the staff was friendly and professional. That being said, the cost of the visit was ridiculous to me. After the receptionist ran my insurance, she told me it was going to be $115 for the visit. I brought my child in for a fever. No x-rays, stitches, or any type of elevated care were needed. I have never paid more than $50 for an urgent care visit ever with my insurance (they are in network as well). I mentioned this to the receptionist and she said it is a “standard insured patient price”. I find that to be ridiculous that they essentially add an up-charge on top of my co-pay. I will not be using this urgent care again

This was the most efficient and non frustrating clinic I've ever experienced. Hands down. If I could give them 6 stars, they got it

It is important to note at the outset that...couldn’t be more impressed or grateful for the way my client was treated. Also, I've been coming here for all family needs, and there are 4 of us! This place has outdone every urgent care in at least a 30 mile radius. Great visit overall. The office is clean and comfortable, which made my client and I at ease. The NP Tamara and her CMA team was welcoming and professional. However, the check-in process definitely needs to be updated and streamlined for direct support professionals to make the intake smoother. The quality of care here is wonderful.

From my first call, to check-in, to examination and check-out, this staff did an amazing job. Very friendly and I felt as if I was the only patient in the place, and I wasn't. The care seemed so personalized considering it was at an urgent care facility.

I walked in and was helped immediately, the staff that checked me was very good, The nurse was helpful, professional, kind.and great. The doctor was excellent relating to me,  she took great care of getting me feeling better as soon as possible. Overall a very good experience!! I would recommend this provider!

First impression of waiting room was it was dirty, the drinking fountain was taped up and out of order, got back to the room and also was unhappy of the cleanliness of the place. After being seen for broken hand this urgent care was unprepared. I waited over a few minutes as I heard EVERY cabinet and drawer open and slam shut in every room as let looked the whole place over for ace bandages. I at one point thought they were not going to find them. I understand a doctor at an urgent care might not know how to put on a cast, my hand was definitely placed wrong in it. As far as the referral, she wasn’t very clear on it. Which then lead to having to go to a primary before seeing a specialist. Was over all a unpleasant experience

I was sent to your Center because my usual office did not have an x-ray tech. receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Explained everything I needed to do to be seen. Process went well from paperwork to payment to seeing the nurse practitioner. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful answered my questions and offered good advice.

I walked in with coughing shortness of breath, and chest tightness and they told me to have a seat and we waited 35 minutes. Horrible protocol with someone having those kinds of symptoms. Thank god it was just an asthma attack. Don’t think I will be returning here. Dr was nice and attentive to my needs.
