Michigan Urgent Care, Waterford

Check in Receptionist was super rude. Tried to come in she wouldn’t even speak to me told me to scan the QR code. Then mentioned I just got new job had insurance but didn’t have the physical card. She was absolutely no help and gave me attitude. I was just about to walk out the door had I not been next in line. After getting passed the receptionist the doctor was decent. However my first impression was bad

Made appt online with ease. Confirmed my paperwork. Arrived at office and sat in chair literally 3-4 minutes before I was called back!  I needed an Rx so they called it to pharmacy connected to their clinic. Prescription was already called in and pharmacist asked me to have a seat for 15 minutes or so. Literally minutes later, I was walking out the door with my meds.  Left my driveway at 2:35. Arrived back home at 3:05. The drive took almost as long as the visit! I highly recommend!

No one was friendly, waited for almost a half hour even though I had an appointment and I believe there was only one other person there. The medical assistant took my vitals and asked my daily meds after giving them, only take mental health meds, she then proceeded to ask me why I was taking so many and what everyone of them were for!! She was pretty rude about it!! She is not my doctor and no one else’s either!! Most of my past experiences here were good but I definitely won’t be going back there!

I thought I was just having issues with my allergies, but I ended up having bronchitis.  Thank goodness for the team at Michigan Urgent Care Waterford, or it could’ve turned into pneumonia! I always choose them first! Very thorough and always answer my questions! Definitely recommend!

Im still in pain and i told the dr my head is killing me and over the counter stuff isnt working and the only thing he did was give me an antibiotic and offer a toriadall shot which is the same as advil and Tylenol and it doesnt work for my headaches. Im still in pain and they dont listen

Have been having a bad cough and fever,  received car right away, doctor asked my symptoms and listen to my chest and just said bronchitis and gave me a Z-Pak. I hope that works cause I still have a fever today.

My daughter became ill yesterday. This morning her condition had not improved. I took her to URGENT CARE, in Waterford Michigan. We have been there countless times. We have never been disappointed. This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We are always treated with kindness, staff is friendly, caring, understanding, concern, and thoughtful! I highly recommend this URGENT CARE facility. Thank you!!!

Went in for my DOT physical. Every thing was great. Thanx

Everyone there was wonderful.  I will continue to go there if me or my son need an urgent care visit
