I went to this clinic on 6-24-19 having a terrible pain in my ear.On arriving, I met Patti Rinaldi, the nurse, who was very welcoming and sent me to registration. The staff was quick and efficient. The nurse returned to take me to the treatment room. There was something about her presence that made me feel at ease. I big thing for me since I tend to get anxious about medical situations. When the doctor (Dr. Nwosu) came in, he was professional and kind. He diagnosed my problem, told me what I needed to do, and sent me on my way, papers in hand to remind me of the visit. We are fortunate to have such a good urgent care in our area.

I have brought my children several times & the facility is very clean. The doctor was very sweet to my children & took the time to get to know them. They have very convenient hours which is great for a working family.

I brought my wife to this facility and have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical establishment. We arrived at 1:50 pm and there was absolutely no one in the waiting room. A woman said we had to sign in and after seeing no one to help us I started to look around and I found a woman who said OH I didn't know anyone was here and started to laugh. We finally checked in and had to wail for the nurse after about another 10 to 15 minutes the nurse examined my wife and sent us down to the basement for x-rays. When we got to the x-ray area we were told to wait it would a few minutes. after waiting about 10 minutes the same woman came out and said the tech was calibrating the x-ray machine and didn't know how much longer but asked if we wanted to watch TV. We got different stories each time we asked what was going on with the x-ray machine and finally had to go back upstairs and found the nurse and a woman who I guess was some kind of supervisor and they said go back to the examination room and a doctor would come to read the x-ray. I said what x-ray, we spent all that time downstairs and nothing had been done. We wasted a hour and and half at a empty Mid Valley Priority Care and the only thing accomplished was my wife's temperature and blood pressure was taken, what a complete waste of time. The supervisor apologized and said we would not be billed that she was not aware that the x-ray machine was not working. We went to Mid Valley because we were in Jessup when my wife had fallen and they were the closest and I called ahead to make sure they had a x-ray machine. Never again!

I went into the clinic on a Sunday morning 3/17/19 because I just was not feeling well and thought I was relapsing from a bout of bronchitis. The receptionist was very cordial and quick to get me registered. The nurse was very nice also. The Dr, Dr Tiwash, did my exam and basically said “you’re tired” and sent me home with a Zpack to “make me feel better”. I was very weak, sob, and just exhausted. The next day I went to my PCP and immediately was sent for an EKG and admitted to the hospital for 2 days as I was in afib (first time ever) and was hospitalized for 2 days! I did not take the zpack thank God! That “ dr” listen to my lungs which I could not breath in all the way as I was sob and listened to my heart and did not hear anything??? I understand afib comes and goes but this did not I was not feeling well and could not wait to see my PCP and that’s why I choose to go there for care and was totally dismissed. I also told her that I had a female infection from the antibiotics which she did give me medication then told me I was probably feeling tired because of that! Please doctors do not just rush through an exam, take a minute, listen to the patient and even pretend to care a little
