This testing site isn’t open anymore

Tania at Amita in wicker park made it easy. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure my concerns were addressed. Almost zero wait time. Checked in on online.

I got there 10 mins before my appointment and checked in on the app. I then called the number taped at the front desk 5x (no answer) and waited for 45 mins without hearing from anyone. The staff on that floor didn’t know who to call or how to help me so I left.

We made an appointment for just before closing time to get COVID tested. Upon arriving, we used the link to check in and then waited in front of the closed door to the facility. When no one came out, we knocked on the door and still no one came out. We shortly found out that the people who worked there had already left for the day (despite us and another family having an appointment). Thankfully there was another nurse there that was able to help us get our tests.

Your app is not recognizing my last name which has never changed

I was told that results would arrive in 20 minutes and it’s been 3hrs and 25min…

I came in for a rapid test and 18hours later have yet to get my results.

My experience was great. Anastasia and Tania were very helpful with our needs. Thank you

Location was confusing, but overall great. will return in future!
