My ratings are not for the nurse practitioner but for one of the other employees- with the pink braids. Had me waiting way too long, took in patients that arrived after me and all because she was having issues with my insurance. This didn’t have to be an issue since I offered to pay up front. I finally got frustrated and had to raise my voice again to say I would pay and to stop denying me care. I waited, in pain, for over 2 hours because she couldn’t use basic common sense. Then, of course, she is the one who takes me in to get my vitals. She was beyond rude and kept cutting me off when I tried to give answers. This was the worst experience ever and I will not be returning.
