We also accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid (at this time we are unable to accept any Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO plan)

I made my appointment online when I got there they got my check down. The lady came and got me and took my vitals and got me over to the room and the doctor was there relatively shortly and I was out within 15 minutes.

Very easy Saturday morning with a 7 year old that has a sore throat! Everyone was very, very friendly and handled my child effortlessly Facility was clean and decorated really cute in the pediatric room Thank you for putting Stella at ease and she left with a smile!

I witnessed gross incompetence at the Schererville Midwest Express Clinic. The receptionist was not able to figure out how to process valid insurance for two other people in the waiting room advising them they had to pay because their insurance is "inactive" (when they do not per mandate). For my appointments, my family of 4 was tested for travel and I had left forms that needed to be filled out for myself and my dependents but the clinic lost them. The receptionist was rude and acted like it was my fault the forms weren't uploaded into their system. She was not able to provide results over the phone (said it wasn't allowed) or via MyChart so she made me come in and wait for a new appointment with the doctor to receive printouts. I would highly advise going to another clinic.
