The doctor who saw me, the nurse who took my vitals, and the lady at the front desk are all wonderful. So sweet and caring. Especially the doctor. This is important because I feel sick today and they took good care of me. They make a big difference when they are so kind like today. And they are always kind and great.

The staff was great when I got there. But the doctor was rude and misdiagnosed me. She claimed nothing was wrong. Advised to take wild berry. Got home felt worse went to a doctor who was available. Left there with double ear infection sinus infection and covid.

I’m giving it one star. We had a reserved time for my daughter. Who was very ill. When we went to check in they told me they are taking no more patients. First off if they were that busy they shouldn’t offer the time slot online. Secondly I was THERE when they could have clearly called me and let me know that instead of wasting my 20 min drive to their location. I understand they were busy. But I had a sick kid. Horrible for them to turn us away. I even asked them to talk to the dr that was there to see if they would please take us and their response was sorry we close at 6. It was 5:20pm. I’m very upset by this and will let everyone know how horrible it was for them to waste my time & turn away a sick kid. They could have even called me before I showed to let me know that they would not of been taking us. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

I have bad experiences here I had an appointment at 12:20 and the doctor came at 3.

Ridiculous. I went in for a STI/STD test as I started dating someone new. Not only did the site say same day results, but the charge was wrong on the site. They charged me $120 for a “visit.” Basically, that was someone who took my Bp and gave me a cup. I then was informed it would be another $175 to get the test sent and get results in up to 5 business days. I left without doing the test and now I’m out $120. This should be refunded

I did appointment on the internet for 1020am. i was there checked in 1005 am stays 1035 without getting in. I left. didnt get service so i cant judge the service. but waiting time and procedure is horrible

Everyone was very kind and explained what they were doing and why. Th NP was very attentive and listened to me without rushing me. This was my first time here, and I was very happy to get an appointment within an hour.

I made an appointment online, got to the clinic say down for 5 min. Was called in and waited about 15 min fir PARK. She was so nice and professional and called me right away to confirm pharmacy and I was in and out in about 45 min. Great experience! Would go back!
