This place is the worst!I made an appt. I arrived and the girl ignored me for five minutes. I told her I had an appt. She told me it wasn't a real appt and 8 people would be ahead of me. I said I was confused. I have an email that says appt. Then she asked for my whole name and full date of birth in front of a whole waiting room. I said , do you need the whole thing. She said yes! She was unprofessional and rude

back in June 2022 they overbilled me by $130. It is April 2023 and they haven't refunded my money yet. I keep calling their Billing Dept and they keep telling that it is being processed. In my book I call this scamming. None of my family members will use their services ever again.

I did blood test and they didnt fax the results to my doctor because they lost the paper with fax number and nobody from the clinic called me to explain what heppened. I called them few time and all the time I got the same answer: Do you have the fax number because we lost the paper? We will fax the results today bla bla bla. They didnt care for my results to be send, they only took the money and who cares for the results. Very frustrating, very unprofessional attitude. They didnt even appologise for that

Having very bad experiences, They bill you extra when you take with there Dept instead of investigating of there bill they send your bill to collecting Dept. They are kind of scammers in medical field.or i will call them money maker
