I have been going here for a long time. They now have 2 different chiropractors. Dr Blackwood and Dr A and both are very good. They are like a well oiled machine. They all are very personable and very intelligent. I don't think I've been to another office as this is and feel like I'm being treated the same way. I couldn't be happier. We are always treated with kindness and repect.

My son went in on 11/16 seen the nurse practitioner. His symptoms were mainly congestion, fever, and swollen painful tonsils. She gave him a flu test it was negative. Told him to go buy saline for his congestion and if he didn’t feel better come back. On the way home he had to pull over to throw up. She is exactly the reason why he doesn’t want to go to the doctor in the first place. He paid a $25 co-pay fir absolutley nothing!!!! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know if there is a fever and swollen tonsils you test for strep and a fever indicates infection which, warrants an antibiotic. I called because I could not believe that any practitioner would not be better experienced than this woman. She told me he didn’t have a fever or a sore throat and he could come back or go to the emergency room. I explained if we went to the ED and they prescribed an antibiotic she would be getting the bill for it since she obviously didn’t do her job and he would get his co-pay returned. We will never use Milan Medical again. This is not the first time we’ve had less than desirable service. How this facility stays open I’ll never understand.
