I hate the fact that I’ve found myself needing urgent care more than once, but I’m always grateful that this clinic is here when I do. Every visit, I’ve been treated with kindness from the moment I walk in. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, and the nurses and doctors are so easy to talk to. Most importantly, they actually listen. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and they take the time to hear my concerns and make me feel at ease. Obviously, I’d prefer not to have any health issues that require an urgent care visit 😂, but when I do need one, it’s reassuring to know I have a place where I feel comfortable and well cared for. It feels strange to say that it’s always a pleasure coming to urgent care, but somehow, they manage to make it one. I’m very thankful for the entire team.

On vacation from California. Thought I had a cold . Ends up I had Covid. The staff was fantastic. They even took me early. Dr. Rachael was the Best. So thorough. knowledgeable and just a wonderful person. I would recommend this URGENT CARE TO ANYONE.

I have dealing with UTI for 3-4 days so i decided to get seen early in the morning so i went at 7:45am …. I did not wait at all, everything was super nice and easy. They did a urine test and prescribe antibiotics which they had available for purchase in the clinic. Amazing care!

I came here last year when in Maui and saw Jennifer Aragon. She encouraged me to see a vascular doctor. I have seen one--have had surgeries on both legs and now going to have surgery on both legs again in a few months. So, when I had another problem this year I was able to get to see Jennifer Aragon again--she worked me in. So, thankful once again! I give numerous star ratings to Jennifer! Many thanks to all who worked me in!

We were on vacation in Kaanapali Beach area, Maui, and we both developed coughs and felt unwell. They tested us for Covid and it was negative. Dr. Rachel Graham saved the day for us. She listened to our concerns and gave us each tailored treatments. We felt better by the next day. Would highly recommend them if you need care.

On vacation and was suffering digestive issues from Zepbound shots and VERY concerned about getting on the plane home.  Staff was empathetic and addressed my issue and provided a script as a precaution which was very much appreciated!  Great team and great service!

The nurse was proficient, knowledgeable and provided me options. I got my prescriptions and I feel much better. Thank you.
